Adaptogenic Halva + Banana Bread

Recipe

 
  • -3 super ripe bananas (+ 1 more if you want to put one on top to be cute and fun)

    -2 eggs

    -1/3 cup coconut or maple sugar

    -1/4 olive oil or melted butter

    -1/4 cup halva + 1 tbsp additional tahini

    -2 tsp vanilla

    -1/2 cup milk of choice

    -1 cup almond flour

    -1 cup baking flour or GF 1:1 baking flour

    -1 tsp baking powder

    -1 tsp baking soda

    -1/2 tsp salt

    Adaptogens:

    -2 tsp ashwagandha

    -2 tsp Reishi

    -2 tsp cordyceps

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350

    2. In a bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter, halva, and milk.

    3. In another bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients: flour, baking powder, b soda, salt, and adaptogens.

    4. Tip dry ingredients into bowl with wet ingredients and gently mix

    5. Pour into loaf pan

    6. Top with a half of a banana and sprinkle with lots of smoked sugar or vanilla sugar if you have it!

    7. Bake for like 50ish minutes and pat with butter/coconut butter/almond butter. eat gleefully
